CPD PoliciesCost and Cancellation PolicyWorkshop and continuing education course costs include a non-refundable 30% registration fee and all course materials (unless otherwise noted). If a CPD course or workshop must be canceled by GSLIS, you will be notified and your money will be fully refunded. Cancellations must be received in writing (via email or fax 217-244-3302) five business days prior to the start date in order for the registrant to receive the maximum refund of 70%. With notice fewer than five days, no refund will be given: however another person may take your place in the course or workshop. Registration policyDeadline for registration and payment will usually be one week before the start of each continuing education activity.
